MAIL ORDER
Our catalogue does not, at the moment, support e-commerce. This is a deliberate decision on our part for two reasons:
- We do not want to offer e-commerce until we have a full catalogue listed and are confident that our stockholding is sufficient to satisfy anticipated orders. We think that e-commerce will be switched on in Spring 2008.
- Until we are happy that the catalogue is comprehensive enough to give you all the information that you require to make the right decision, we would prefer that you contact us by telephone, email or fax. By discussing your needs we can advise and help you buy the right product for the job.
All stock items will be despatched within three working days of order. If, for some reason, we do not have the item in stock, we will inform you immediately and give you a delivery date.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, special delivery or by carrier and is at our discretion. We send items valued at under £100 by recorded delivery and it takes between 1 and 3 days unless you ask for a next day delivery. Next day deliveries are sent by special delivery or by carrier. All items valued in excess of £100 will be sent for next day delivery.
Please note that all these delivery methods will require your signature.

All boxed items are sent by carrier. This is a next day service for UK mainland but can be 2 or 3 days for other destinations. This will be confirmed on ordering. The delivery driver will require a signature.

Requirement of Signature
Please note that if there is nobody available to sign for your consignment it will not be left. A card will be left informing you that the consignment has been taken back to the local depot. It will be your responsibility to collect from that address. You should, therefore, give us a delivery address where there will be somebody present.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Please check the package for damage before you sign the delivery note. If you need to check the contents, then do so while the driver waits. We cannot accept any claims for damage once you have signed the delivery note.
